My Mother is in the Chicken: An ESL Cookbook.
My 'Mother Is In The Chicken: An ESL Cookbook' is a collaborative endeavor of a lot of people. First and foremost, of course, it is the work of the students who study English as a Second Language in the FCCJ ESL non-credit program. This includes the Downtown Campus morning and afternoon classes as well as the evening classes offered at Wolfson, Lee and Terry Parker high schools. The efforts these students make to attend classes, and their enthusiasm for learning and participating in projects such as this one are inspiring.
