Formerly a staff writer for the Miami Herald, author and memoirist Kitty Oliver currently teaches English as the Writer in Residence at Florida Atlantic University. Oliver, who has been writing since her grade school days and has worked in a variety of media including journals, television scripts, and documentaries, has recently begun creating oral histories.
